Information we collect

• Vendor application information, including company, contact, service-area, product-category, and integration details.
• Authorized account and workspace information needed to provide building operations, procurement, files, reports, support, security, and audit functions.
• Technical and security records such as request timing, authentication events, access decisions, device or browser signals, and error logs.
• Cloudflare Web Analytics performance measurements used to understand page performance. Cloudflare describes this service as privacy-first and states that it does not collect or use visitor personal data.

How we use information

We use information to operate and secure Engineer Hub, review vendor applications, provide requested support, maintain audit evidence, process authorized property workflows, improve reliability, comply with law, and enforce applicable agreements. Vendor application approval and product publication are not automatic.

Supplier and property data boundaries

Supplier credentials are scoped to that supplier's approved submissions. Suppliers do not receive unrestricted access to property inventories, competitor offers, work orders, employees, building plans, files, or purchasing history. Paid learning-center or affiliate relationships do not change offer ranking.

Service providers and disclosures

We may use service providers for hosting, storage, security, email delivery, file processing, monitoring, and support. They may process information only for the services they provide to Engineer Hub. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect the platform or its users, or as part of a business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards. We do not sell private property operating records.

Retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose collected, contractual commitments, security, backup integrity, dispute resolution, and legal obligations. We use access controls, tenant and building scoping, encryption in transit, audit records, protected file storage, and other administrative and technical safeguards. No system can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You may ask to access, correct, or delete vendor application or account information, subject to applicable law and records we must retain. Authorized customer administrators can manage many workspace records and permissions within the platform. Engineer Hub is intended for business use and not for children.

Updates and contact

We may update this notice as the platform, providers, or legal requirements change. Material changes will receive a new effective date. Questions or requests may be sent to [email protected].
