Introduce a property. Earn when it activates.
Engineer Hub pays approved partners 50% of the net property activation fee after the customer is verified, the fee is collected, and the refund and chargeback hold ends.
What activation means
Evaluation stays open. The fee begins when operations go live.
A property may create its account, enter building information, build a manual twin, and draft reports before paying an activation fee. The one-time fee is due only when Engineer Hub verifies the property and unlocks its operational workspace. Engineer Hub may approve a documented activation-fee waiver only when no valid affiliate recommendation is attached.
The activation fee covers identity and property review, workspace activation, configuration review, initial administrator orientation, and go-live evidence. Blueprint processing, sensors, hardware, router commissioning, onsite work, integrations, support plans, procurement fees, taxes, and shipping are separate.
Apply and verify
Engineer Hub reviews identity, business purpose, country, contact details, and program acceptance.
Receive a referral code
Only approved partners receive an active code. The first valid code attached to a new property controls attribution.
Property activates
The referred property is verified and its external $1,000 activation-payment reference is recorded. A valid affiliate recommendation makes the standard fee applicable. Engineer Hub does not store card or bank credentials.
Commission clears
The $500 standard commission becomes payable after 30 days, subject to tax and payout verification and no refund, chargeback, fraud, or duplication.
Qualified
A genuine new property introduction
The referral must precede activation, identify a legitimate business contact, have permission for contact, and survive independent property verification.
Not qualified
No self-referrals or duplicate claims
Existing accounts, prior active opportunities, employees, fraudulent leads, copied lists, unauthorized contacts, and duplicate properties do not qualify.
Neutral procurement
No influence over products or vendors
Referral compensation never changes supplier visibility, product matching, offer ranking, purchase-order approval, training moderation, or access to private property information.
Clear disclosure
Say that the introduction is paid
Partners must clearly disclose that they may receive compensation if the referred property activates. Claims must be truthful, supportable, and based on the actual platform.

Approval is manual. No code or commission is created until Engineer Hub completes review.

Record a legitimate introduction.
Do not submit purchased lists or a contact who has not agreed to be introduced.
Important program boundary
Commissions are calculated only on the net activation fee actually collected. They exclude taxes, refunds, chargebacks, discounts not collected, hardware, sensors, router or gateway commissioning, onsite labor, subscriptions, support, procurement service fees, shipping, and supplier merchandise. Engineer Hub records external payment evidence but does not move affiliate funds in this interface.
